Pacific Blue Wine

Pacific Blue Wine is devoted to creating award winning wines and fortified wines from North Queensland grapes and exotic fruits.

Their current wine labels distinguished by a symbol of the magnificent swallowtail Ulysses butterfly, a species found in northeastern part of Australia. People often refer to their wines simply as the ‘butterfly wines’. We wanted to continue the traditional and used the butterfly as the main inspiration for the re-branding.

Compared to the rest of Australia, Queensland has a more outdoor, relaxed and easy going lifestyle, characteristics that we also wanted to incorporate into the new look.

Using symmetrical painted butterflies Ollo Design has successfully incorporated the butterfly symbol and essence of Queensland into the new branding. The design is refreshing & modern, and the vivid colours and uniqueness allows the bottles to stand out from other wines on retail displays.
